Since 1994, the parish Prayer Chain has been providing support to those who request prayerful assistance for themselves or for others. The subject of prayer requests can be for a variety of different situations:

• Health
• Job
• Personal relationships
• Natural disasters
• National & international events
• Are not limited to benefit Orthodox Christians

Each request is summarized and sent via email to Prayer Chain members who are asked to pray for each situation. Any current parishioner or relocated former parishioner can be a member of the Prayer Chain. 

 Additionally:

• Communal prayer is powerful
• God clearly knows what is needed and it is important to remember that His will be done
